Hello, I'm Amy, a licensed massage therapist in Somers Point, New Jersey.

I specialize in trauma-informed massage therapy for chronic pain management, and there is nothing I love more than helping people to heal and relax in a nurturing and accepting environment.

As someone who has been through their own healing journey, nothing makes me more happy than helping folks along theirs. I moved to South Jersey in 2018 after going through a treatment center and getting sober. Recovery is a huge part of my life and my story and it very much influences my career and my approach as a massage therapist.
It was in treatment where I first experienced massage therapy and truly realized its effectiveness as a pain management tool. I strive to bring the same relief that I experienced through massage to others in my community. Massage can help those experiencing discomfort to find ease, can help a person who is restless to relax, and can help someone who feels frightened and alone to feel connected, grounded, and safe.

In addition to working with those living with chronic pain, I also work a lot with folks in recovery from addiction. When I'm not at Hello Wellness, I'm at a local treatment center offering massage therapy to the patients there as an alternate form of pain management. I cannot adequately express the gratitude that I feel being able to help people who's hurt I've felt and shoes I've been in.

Through a trauma-informed framework, my goal is to customize every session to each individual without compromising comfort or personal boundaries. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcome bodies of all types into my space.
